WHERE CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Given we only arrange the shipping, your product(s) will be shipped under the terms and conditions of the shipping service - DHL.

Your order will be shipped to the address indicated by you, as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions of DHL.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any mistakes made in your shipping address and we are not obligated to reship your order in case of your mistake. 

Please, be acknowledged, that we may contact you to verify the shipping details.

 

WHEN DOES THE SHIPPING START?

We endeavor to process all orders within one business day from the date of receipt of your payment, provided that the items are located in stock, your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified. 

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email. 

 

HOW CAN I SELECT A SHIPPING METHOD?

At the checkout you will proceed to the choice of shipping methods.

You can choose any shipping service offered by DHL. Please note that not all services are available in every country. Please refer to local DHL website for service offerings in your country following this link.

WHICH SHIPPING RATES APPLY?

Shipping rates are applied per order and correspond to the rates of DHL. You can get a rate and time quote here

Please note that in case of shipping to Switzerland we cover the shipping costs.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation indicating your personal tracking code. You can use it here to track your order.

 

INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT

Title to and risk of loss of the product(s) passes from Eastonish to you upon our transfer of the ordered product(s) to the carrier. Upon shipping, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
