Return Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days (“withdrawal period”) without giving any reason. You must send back or submit the unused item in its original packaging, in its original condition, with all original tags still attached immediately upon informing us about the withdrawal from the Contract of sale by filling out a Return Form available here and sending it electronically to om@eastonish.com.

If you withdraw from a Contract of sale during the withdrawal period, we will reimburse all payments we received from you, including the shipping costs. 

For this repayment we shall use the same method of payment that you used making the original transaction, unless we arrange a different method with you; you will not be charged any fees for such repayments under any circumstances. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products.

 

You do not have a right of withdrawal for contracts regarding the:

  • delivery of products that are made to your own specifications or which are clearly personalized, except in the case of manufacturing defects; and/or
  • delivery of products which are not suitable to be returned for health or hygiene reasons and where a seal was removed after shipping.

 

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

In order to return a product within the withdrawal period, you need to fill in and submit the Return Form as mentioned above. Upon our consideration and confirmation of your request within 48 hours, you should send, within a withdrawal period, the duly packed product to the following address:

Please note, that return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL) and only from the country to which the order has been originally shipped (for example, orders delivered to Switzerland must be returned from Switzerland). 

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning the product, except if you exchange the same item for a different size for the first time. If you do not cover the shipping costs when due, the total amount of refund will be respectively reduced.

 

HOW (AND HOW SOON) WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

The total price paid for the ordered product including the shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase will be refunded back to your original form of payment. In case you choose non-standard delivery at the time of purchase, the delivery costs will not be refunded. The term of refund depends on the payment method.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

If you consider the product purchased from the Site to be damaged or defective, please make a photo of the defect and send us at om@eastonish.com with your request within five days from the date of product receipt. If we find it damaged, defective or flawed, we may agree upon exchange, price reduction or return and full refund.

 

We do not refund products:

  • defective by reasons other than materials quality, assembly process or manufacture defects;
  • that have been damaged by abuse or negligence (e.g. exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.);
  • that have been damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
